FAQ

What's my size?

A very important question! You can find sizing information in one of two places:

-Within the listing Images. If you scroll through the product images, a sizing chart is typically provided in the third image.
-In the Item Description itself. This section is located to the right of our product images and just below the "add to cart" button.

Women's Sizing

We currently offer many different styles for women in our shop, and they vary dramatically in terms of fit and silhouette. For example, our standard women's tees run very small, while our pullovers have a loose, slouchy fit. So be sure to check your measurements carefully.

Men's Sizing

We also offer several different styles for men. Our standard tees are generally true to size. Some styles, like our heavyweight tees, may run a bit larger than our 50/50 or tri-blend tees, while our lightweight and fleece zip hoodies tend to run a bit smaller. When in doubt, it's best to go by the chest measurement.

Kid's Sizing

The majority of our kid's tees are available in the following sizes:

Baby: 3-6 mo, 6-12 mo, 12-18 mo, and 18-24 mo
Toddler: 2 yrs, 4 yrs, and 6 yrs
Youth: 8 yrs, 10 yrs, and 12 yrs

If you happen to be on the cusp between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up as the sizing difference between ages is often minimal. That being said, we encourage you to reference each listing's sizing chart for detailed measurements.

Still unsure about a size? Take the chest and waist measurements of a favorite shirt, and then compare them to the charts provided. Give a shout if you have additional sizing questions. We're here to help!

How do I add an additional kid's tee to my t-shirt set?

If you're purchasing one of our parent/child t-shirt sets and want to add an additional kid's tee (or multiple kid's tees) to your order, you can typically find a link to the standalone kid's listing within the item description itself. You can also shop directly from our "kids" section by choosing "Shop: Kids" from the main dropdown menu.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our general processing time is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that this is in addition to the ship time estimates listed below:

US Orders:

First Class: 3-5 business days (estimated)
Priority: 2-3 business days (estimated)
Priority Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed)

International Orders:

First Class (Canada): 7-15 business days (estimated)
First Class (all other countries): 2-5 weeks (estimated)
Priority International: 6-10 business days (estimated)

What's your return & exchange policy?

If you are for ANY reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome both returns and exchanges (on non-custom printed items). To qualify for either, your items must meet the below criteria:

1. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Items are unwashed, unworn, and in their original selling condition
3. Items are completely free of any odors and/or pet hair. This includes, but is not limited to: perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, or other household odors.

If we receive return or exchange items that fail to meet the above guidelines, the offer to exchange or refund your original purchase may be voided. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions relating to returns and exchanges.

Please Note:

We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping unless we've made a mistake on your order, or the item received was defective and/or damaged. However, for pre-approved exchanges, we DO cover the cost to ship your replacement item(s).
