How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that we are currently traveling, so our processing time will be longer than the estimate listed below. Any orders placed during this time will begin shipping on 10/17. We will touch base with you to review the details of your order. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you might have.

Our general processing time is 1-2 business days. Keep in mind that this is in addition to the ship time estimates listed below:

U.S. Buyers:

USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class): 2-5 business days (estimated)
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days (estimated)
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed to all states except AK and HI)

International Buyers:

USPS First Class (Canada): 7-15 business days (estimated)
USPS First Class (all other countries): 2-5 weeks (estimated)
USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days (estimated)

We do not collect VAT or other taxes for international shipping destinations. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and they will be your responsibility to pay upon arrival (if applicable to your country of origin). Unfortunately, we cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare a lower value to avoid these fees, as this information must appear on the shipping label. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your local customs office prior to purchase.

What's your return & exchange policy?

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, or you require a different size, we welcome both returns and exchanges (on non-custom printed items). To qualify for either:

1. We must be contacted within 14 days of receipt.
2. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original selling condition. This includes being free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear/tear.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.

PLEASE NOTE:

We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping unless an error has been made with your order or the item received was defective and/or damaged. However, for pre-approved exchanges, we DO cover the cost to ship your replacement item(s).

We recommend shipping your items back via USPS first class (or priority) with delivery confirmation as it's typically the cheapest and fastest method. Be sure to retain your tracking number, as we may need to reference it should your package be delayed or go missing.

What's my size?

We offer a wide variety of shirt styles and brands in our shop, so fit can vary pretty dramatically. To help ensure proper fit, you can find sizing information in one of two places:

1. Within the listing Images. If you scroll through the product images, a sizing chart is typically provided in the third image.
2. In the Item Description itself. This section is located to the right of our product images and just below the "add to cart" button.

Pro tip: take the chest measurement of a favorite shirt you have at home (armpit to armpit x 2), and then compare that to the chart provided.
