Our general processing time is 1-3 business days. However, the majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind that this time frame is separate from the shipping estimates listed below.
All orders ship via our standard delivery method (USPS First Class). Most arrive within 3-5 business days. USPS Priority shipping, which includes the added benefit of insurance against loss or damage, is also available and is calculated based on the shipping destination. Delivery time is generally around 2-3 business days. Choose your preferred method of shipping at checkout.
All orders ship via USPS First Class Airmail with insurance. Depending on the destination, international packages can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to arrive, but the vast majority arrive within 8-15 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.
Please take into account that items may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them. Unfortunately, we cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare a lower value to avoid these fees, as this information must appear on the shipping label. All orders include detailed tracking and delivery confirmation. Your tracking number will be e-mailed as soon as your order has shipped. Please note: most international orders can only be tracked up until the point they leave the US. Detailed tracking information may vary from country to country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome both returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original selling condition (unwashed, unworn, and free of any pet hair, perfumes or other odors, etc.) to qualify for a refund.

We recommend shipping your items back via USPS first class service with delivery confirmation as it's typically the cheapest and fastest method. Be sure to retain your tracking number, as we may need to reference it should your package be delayed or go missing.
If you'd prefer to ship with UPS or FedEx, please let us know before mailing your items and we'll provide you with an alternate shipping address.
