Return and Exchange Policy

If you are for ANY reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome both returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange or return. This includes being free of all odors, such as perfume or cigarette smoke, or any signs of wear and tear.

If your item(s) meet the above criteria, please reach out to us directly at hello@blackbirdsupply.com to initiate your exchange or return.

For domestic (U.S.) orders, we do not cover return shipping costs unless we made an error with the original order, or the item received is defective. However, we do cover shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.
